We run background checks on all new experts and on a substantial sample ofcurrent experts every year, lt includes but not limited to public record research,reference checks and blacklist checks.
For Expert
With Quantum Bay’s high compliance standards, the experts can share their expertise
in a safe environment. We manage conflicts of interest and protect confidential information.
Terms and Conditions
Quantum Bay has implemented Compliance Terms and Conditions. An expert must agree before an interview may take place, directly addressing sensitive subjects such as employers and competitors.
Instruction
All experts must complete our interactive Compliance Tutorial, which coaches them about their obligations and requires them to uphold the rules to different fact patterns. Before any interviews, the experts must acknowledge that they have reviewed the Compliance Tutorial within the previous 6 months.
Experts Paid for Compliance
Qur experts are obliged to teminate any interviews in which they believe are beingsolicited to violate our Compliance Terms and Conditions. lf they terminate forsuch reasons, we still pay for the full consultation.
