In the beginning of any project, its project manager reviews the request to determine whether experts and information required comply with Quantum Bay’s Terms and Conditions. The project manager may, in their full capacity, request additional information and engage the Compliance Department, as necessary.
Clients may request that additional customized controls be deployed to their projects including tailored compliance screening questions, client approval of chosen experts and/or experts’ affirmations as required.
An expert must affirm in advance of each project’s every single interview that they will conduct that interview in line with the Terms and Conditions.
The rules stated in Quantum Bay’s Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of Quantum Bay’s business conduct. It is crucial that all experts, along with our employees and clients, conduct business in an ethical and honest manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
